At GYMGATO, we hustle just like you! 🐾💪 We ship 90% of orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day because even cats need their rest. 😸
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to follow your new Gymgato gear as it makes its way to you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the customer's location, we usually ship within 1-2 business days, once the package has been shipped please allow for 8-11 days for your items to arrive.
Do international orders have custom fees?
Yes, custom fees may apply depending on your country. Gymgato has no control over these charges, and customers are responsible for paying them upon delivery.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as your gear is in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition, ah and no cat hair allowed! 😹
Visit our contact page to send us an email and to start your return or exchange. Make sure to include your order number and reason for return/exchange inside the package.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return items to us, but if you're exchanging, we’ll cover the shipping to send the new item back to you.

Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes! Every product has sizing information in its description to help you find the purr-fect fit. 😺 If you need extra help, reach out to us at support@gymgato.com.
Will my Gymgato gear shrink?
To keep your Gymgato gear looking fresh, we recommend washing in cold or very low temperature water (as instructed on the label) and hang drying. Avoid the dryer to prevent shrinkage or damage. Cats love warmth, but your clothes don’t! Once an item is washed, it can’t be returned or exchanged.
